Saturday (RACE day, July 28th)
Here is some needed information regarding my race!
6:30am - Race Start, Swim start for age group 29 and under (me) in Guerneville
7:40-8:00 - 2.4 mile swim finish, Approximate time I will come out of the water to bike transition in Guerneville
11:30-Noon - Approximate finish for lap 1 of bike course (first 56 miles)
3:00-4:00pm - Approximate bike finish, bike to run transition at Windsor High School
8:00-9:00pm - Approximate run finish time at Windsor High School

If you are trying to catch me on the bike a good place would be at mile 29 and ~85 (see bike course map) at:

I will pass by there about 2 hours after the start of the bike course and then 3:30 to 4:00 hours after that for lap 2. (keep in mind I cannot take anything from you because it would disqualify me! :). You can of course hand me a beer after I pass through the finish though!
The run course is probably the best place to see me because I will do three 9 mile loops so I will pass by every point on the run 6 times in a 4 to 5 hour period.
I am also attempting to get a gps tracker on me! It comes friday (hopefully). I will post an update on how that will work once I can get a hold of it! There are other ways you can track my progress on the vineman website. Just use my race number (# 35).
